The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks a dynamic and innovative digital marketing professional to serve as a Senior Consultant of Digital Marketing and Strategy - Philanthropy . The Senior Consultant is a key member of the MCW Office of Communications and Brand Strategy (OOC) in partnership with the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) and Alumni Relations. They collaborate with colleagues at MCW and Froedtert Hospital to execute and manage philanthropy digital marketing and engagement strategies that support the overall philanthropy strategic plan. MCW is renowned for clinical care, research, medical education, and community engagement. The Senior Consultant will join the philanthropy team during a period of significant growth, aiming to promote community health across Milwaukee and the broader region. This role involves shaping and executing the marketing technology roadmap, fostering innovation, and integrating advanced technologies to optimize philanthropy marketing efforts. A strong understanding of marketing technologies, data analytics, and process optimization is essential to leverage data-driven insights and enhance operational efficiency and impact. Responsibilities Develop and enhance the digital ecosystem to increase philanthropy engagement. Leverage Luminate systems and data analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve reporting and insights. Manage strategy for website and microsite philanthropy engagement and user experience. Ensure digital platforms are on-brand and connected to drive donor support and engagement. Oversee online experiences for benefactors, including donation processes, planned giving, and communication with gift officers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create transformative marketing initiatives that enhance the brand and engage audiences. Align digital engagement strategies with campaign and donor experience goals, ensuring a seamless, benefactor-centered approach. Establish and monitor measurable goals and key performance indicators. Partner with the Office of Communications to develop digital strategies aligned with institutional guidelines. Implement SEO, online transactions, and high-value conversion strategies for donors, integrating them with MCW enterprise systems. Knowledge – Skills – Abilities Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable professional with experience in healthcare philanthropy. Successful track record in executing digital strategies within complex environments. Excellent communication skills and digital marketing expertise. Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization, especially with IS, marketing, and philanthropy teams. Knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies and management. Stay current with marketing trends, strategies, and technologies. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills. Experience with content management systems, digital design, SEO, and online brand management. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems (like Raisers Edge, Sitecore), and analytics tools. Understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and data security. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
